As you begin planning construction on your lot, the Association would like to remind you of the design review process that exists to protect the value of your investment and to ensure that your home is built in accordance with the Powder Ridge Homesite Covenants. Prior to any clearing, site work, or construction, an approval must be received by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Please refer to the ACC Procedures and Guidelines for details on the process or contact one of the ACC Members for further submittal information and fee requirements.
